Do you offer clip on options?
Yes we do! At additional SGD $1/pair. Please drop us a DM on Instagram or an email at hello11fivefive@gmail.com immediately after your purchase to let us know if you would like to add this to your order!
Are the earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
Can you remake any of the old collections?
Sorry we don't. We usually open backorders if there's a high demand for the collection. You can check out our backorders page for the ongoing backorders.
Can I request for a small customization for the existing designs?
Customization for existing designs is only applicable for ongoing backorders. Customizations may include changing of the colors, shapes or slight amendments of the existing designs at an additional cost of SGD $3 - $10. We accept customizations on a case by case basis.
Can I return or exchange the earrings?
We do not accept any returns. Please feel free to reach out to us if you need pictures of the earrings when worn or any clarifications and we will try our best to work around that. All the earrings are handmade so please do expect small imperfections, such as small marks or bubbles, and slight variances of the design placement since we make multiple pieces per design.
If your earrings are damaged upon receiving it, do reach out to us through Instagram DM ASAP and we will send the instructions on how do a 1 for 1 exchange. We will absorb the mailing fee only if the earrings are damaged due to rough handling during the delivery. We are not liable for any damages while in your possession.
